Heat Treating Oven

Our industrial heat treat oven will perform processes to meet all necessary material guidelines, from 800F to 1400F. The size of the oven will meet your specific process requirements. The interior oven chamber will meet the necessary temperature uniformity requirements (typically  ±10° at 350° F ) with traceable results provided for testing prior to shipment.

Pass through ports for vacuum lines will be located to meet your product load. The system can work with a customer supplied vacuum pump or one that is provided with the oven.

Controls can be customized to meet your needs. Including simple set point controllers and pen recorders, programmable controllers, electronic data recorders, or a full touchscreen human machine interface and PLC control.  Additionally, the quench tank can be provided to make a complete turnkey system.
